ClashCrowd is operated by Badar Ashfaq. This notice describes the information used by this website. Contact the operator through the contact form for questions or requests about your information.
Enquiries
When you submit a form, we collect your name, email, message, and any channel or company website you provide. We use this information to review the enquiry and respond. Messages are saved privately in WordPress for authorised administration users. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Accounts and voting
If account registration and real voting are open, WordPress stores account details needed for login. A real vote record connects an account ID, battle, choice, time and review state. The public website shows totals, not individual account voting records.
Technical and security information
Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request details and login attempts to operate and protect the site. Form rate limiting uses a short-lived keyed hash of the request IP address. WordPress uses essential login cookies when you sign in.
Demo storage
The demo remembers your sample choice in your browser’s session storage. It does not send a demo vote to our vote database. Use Reset demo or close the browser session to clear the choice.
Service providers and external sites
Our website uses Hostinger hosting, WordPress and installed website-management, SEO, caching and security software. Page fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network request required to deliver them. Links to creator channels and sponsor websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
We have not configured advertising trackers or optional analytics as part of this launch build. We will update this notice before introducing additional data uses or optional tracking.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries while dealing with them and as needed for related administration or legitimate record-keeping. Account and vote records are retained while needed to operate accounts, maintain battle results and investigate issues. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.
Age and sensitive information
Participation is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through our forms.
Changes
We will revise this notice when the website’s data practices change. This version was prepared for the prelaunch website on 1 October 2026.
