PREPARING OUR FIRST BATTLES / Founding creators wanted
USING CLASHCROWD

TERMS OF USE.

The practical terms for our website and creator battles.

About the website

ClashCrowd is an independent project operated by Badar Ashfaq. It provides information about creator battles, a demonstration of fan voting and forms for enquiries. Real battles are available only when specifically announced.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 to create an account, vote or apply to participate. Provide accurate details, protect your login and use only one account for voting. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s identity.

Battle participation

Voting is governed by the published battle rules and any event-specific conditions displayed before voting starts. Scores may remain provisional during review. Participation is voluntary and does not create a right to payment, a prize, followers or commercial opportunities.

Creator material

Creators retain ownership of their material. Before a profile, image, name or promotional asset is used in a real battle, ClashCrowd will agree permission and the scope of use with the creator. Submitting an enquiry alone does not authorise an announced battle in your name.

Sponsorship

Paid placements are labelled. Commercial deliverables, prices, timing, cancellation and reporting are governed by a separate sponsorship agreement. Sponsors cannot buy votes or control the result.

Availability and corrections

We aim to operate the website accurately, but errors and interruptions may occur. Report a problem through the contact form. Affected battles may be paused, corrected or cancelled under their published rules, with an explanation on the battle page.

External platforms

Creator channels and sponsor websites are operated independently. ClashCrowd is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Meta.

Your information and questions

The privacy notice explains how information is handled. Use the contact form for questions, complaints, privacy requests or concerns about participation. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
